When I’m not on the stage, I can typically be found at the back table of a coffee shop, sipping on a lukewarm latte that I spent far too long aesthetically photographing for my social media. Chatting with a friend, reading through a script or two, attempting to write my own projects, or simply just listening to music, I find productivity in the inviting atmosphere of the coffeehouse.
One of the many things I enjoy about acting is the opportunity to experiences life through the lens of another character. Gaining a new perspective on life, we as actors work to aid our truths to the stories of others. Through the process we find catharsis in our own lives and can bring that same healing to our audience members as well.
In life, I find that it is important to be earnest in our actions and approach challenges thoughtfully but with a heart that is humble yet courageous.
